Catalyst Card, a product of Ignite Your Marketing LLC · Effective September 9, 2026

This covers what we do with information about you — someone looking at Catalyst Card, or paying for it. It is not the policy that governs the people you meet with your card. That one lives on your own Catalyst page, and you are the one responsible for it.

Who we are

Catalyst Card is operated by Ignite Your Marketing LLC (“we”, “us”), a Florida limited liability company.

What we collect about you

Only what we need to sell you the product, build your account, and support it.

  • When you enquire or subscribe: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the city and state your business operates from.
  • To set up your account: the details that appear on your own Catalyst page — your title, your photo, your headline, your calendar link — and the short answers you give us so your assistant knows how to talk about your business.
  • To register you for text messaging: the business information carriers require, including your legal business name, your EIN or equivalent, and your business website. We pass this to the carrier registry. We do not use it for anything else.
  • Payment: handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. We see the last four digits, the card brand, and whether a charge succeeded.
  • Support: the emails you send us and our replies.
  • This website: your IP address, browser and device type, and which pages you looked at. We do not track you across other websites.

The contacts you capture are not ours

Everyone you meet with your card lands in an account that belongs to you. We do not copy them to a list of our own, we do not market to them, and we do not sell or share them. Ever.

That is the product promise, and it is also how the system is actually built — those records live in your own account and are never moved out of it.

We do reach the underlying platform in order to support you: to build your account before you get it, to fix something you have asked us to fix, and to keep the service running. That access is for operating your account, not for using your data.

Why we use your information

  • To build, deliver and support your account and your card.
  • To take payment and manage your subscription.
  • To register your number for text messaging, if you want that.
  • To email and text you about your own account — onboarding, your card shipping, billing, service notices, and occasional product news.
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use it to build advertising audiences.

Text messages to you

If you give us your mobile number, we use it to text you about your account — onboarding, delivery, billing and service notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Stopping texts does not cancel your subscription, and we will still email you about anything that affects your account.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that run the software underneath, and only as far as they need to:

  • Our customer relationship and messaging platform, which holds your account and delivers our emails and texts.
  • Our payment processor, which takes your payment and stores your card details under its own terms.
  • Our email delivery provider.
  • Our conversational assistant and voice assistant providers, which power the assistant on your page.
  • Our workflow automation provider, which connects these systems.
  • The carrier registry and telephone carriers, for text message registration and delivery, under their own terms.
  • Our card manufacturer and shipping carrier, who receive only what is needed to make and deliver your card.

We will identify any of these providers by name on request. Each is contractually bound to use your information only to provide that service to us, and none may use it for their own marketing.

We will disclose information if the law requires it. If our business is sold, records may transfer to the buyer, who would remain bound by this policy.

How long we keep it

While you are a customer, and afterwards as set out in our Terms: your account is paused rather than deleted, your data is sent to you 30 days after a pause — or sooner if you ask — and the account is deleted after that if you do not reactivate.

We keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires, which is longer than we keep anything else.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days at the latest.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honour those requests regardless of where you live, because it is simpler and fairer than checking.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to work and to count visits. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

Catalyst Card is sold to businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be emailed to current customers.
